Construction Details:
This project consisted of a renovation of an
elementary school of 150,000sqft. supporting 450 students. This
project was released with an aggressive schedule during the summer vacation.
This project included renovations to 30+ classrooms, gymnasium, kitchen, and
adminstration offices. This project was completed in multistaged schedule
with several interim achieved milestones. This project further contained
several switchboard and panelboard upgrades of requiring modifications of
obsolete equipment. E-TEC was able to retrofit the equipment to accommodate
several years of continued service. This project consisted of 6-200 section
retrofits, 4 paneboard upgrades, 2 new panelboards, 500+ lighting fixtures
and 150+ new branch circuits.
