Construction Details:
This project consisted of a 200,000 sq ft
distribution facility for managerial offices, training and warehousing for
several satellite offices. Ferguson Enterprises is a national plumbing supply
company with over 50 years of experience. This project was the replacement of
the flagship office to serve the northern Virginia area. E-TEC was contracted
to provide the electrical distribution systems for this facility. This
project involved several extraordinary hurdles and revisions to accommodate
the growing needs of the facility. The revisions were incorporated with
minimal effect to schudele and rework. This project consisted of 1-1200A
utility rated switchboard, 12-distribution panelboards, 500+ lighting
fixtures, 50+ high bay lighting fixtures, 16-air handling units, 110+ fire
alarm monitoring points, and 800+
branch circuits for various loads.
